Arm Rehabilitation Robot A6

Arm Exoskeleton Active Passive Training Equipment for Hemiplegia & Stroke Patients

Product Introduction

Upper Limb Training and Evaluation System A6 is a rehabilitation training device for patients with upper limb dysfunction. It is developed based on the theory of neural system restore. The robot is suitable for patients with arm dysfunction or limited function due to central nervous system diseases. Of course, A6 is also a great solution to dysfunction from peripheral nerve, spinal cord, muscle or bone diseases. The robot supports specific training that increases muscle strength and expand the range of joint motion to improve motor function. In addition, it can also assist therapists in assessment to make better rehabilitation plans.

For patients in early rehabilitation phases, the device learns and records any training trajectory set by the therapist, and the robotic arm can drive the patient's upper limb for passive trajectory reduction training to eliminate edema, prevent muscle atrophy, and maintain range of motion.

For patients of early and middle stage, the device can adjust the guiding force of the robotic arm to each joint of the patient's upper limb. Patients can use their own strength to complete the game training.

For patients in the middle and late stage, they can conduct active training through various situational interactive games, exercise upper limb coordination ability and muscle endurance prescription training, conduct single-joint separation movement training, multi-joint composite coordination training and functional movement training in daily life, and restore patients' daily life function.

In addition, the device also has the function of track editing. The therapist can add the movement track that the patient wants to complete, and add the parameters such as the current speed of the joints that need to be trained and the current motion Angle of the joints in order of execution on the track editing interface, so that the patient can perform the training according to the edited track.

5 Training Modes:

Passive Training Mode

Through the 'trajectory programming' mode, therapists can set parameters such as targeted joint name, range of motion and joint movement speed so as to provide personalized and targeted passive trajectory training for patients. Through the interesting situational games, the passive training will be more enjoyable.

Active-Passive Training Mode

The system assists patients to complete training through the adjustment over 'guiding force'. The greater the guiding force is, the higher the system auxiliary degree; the smaller the guiding force is, the higher the patient active participation degree. Therapists can set guiding force according to patient's muscle strength degree so as to stimulate patient's residual muscle strength to the maximum extend in the game training process.

Active Training Mode

Patients can freely drive the mechanical arm to move in any direction in three-dimensional space. Therapists can make personalized selection of training joints according to the patient's needs and select interactive games accordingly for single joint or multiple joint training. In this way, patients' training initiative can be improved and the rehabilitation progress can be accelerated.

Prescription Training Mode

This mode is more inclined to training of daily living and occupational therapy, involving various activities of daily living such as combing hair, eating, etc. Therapists can choose training prescriptions accordingly to help patient quickly start training. All settings are made according to the patient's situation, ensuring that the patient is able to adapt well to the activities of daily living to the maximum extend.

Trajectory Learning Mode

A6 is a 3D upper limb rehabilitation robot that has AI memory function. The system is equipped with cloud memory storage function, which can learn and record the specific movement trajectory of the therapist and fully restore it.Targeted and personalized movement trajectories are designed for different patients accordingly. In this way, focused and repetitive training can be realized so that patients' motion function can be improved.

Indications

Arm dysfunction caused by nervous system damage such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neuropathy, arm movement disorder after surgery.

Key Features:

Automatic Arm Switch: Upper Limb Training and Evaluation System is the first rehabilitation robot that realizes the function of automatic arm switch. All you need to do is to push one button, and you can switch between the left and right arm. Easy and swift arm switching operation reduces the complicity of clinical operation.

Laser Alignment: Assist therapist in precise operation. Enable patients to train in a safer, more appropriate and more comfortable position.
